I loved creating this work, it is a hugely experimental piece for me. Here I have attempted to remove some areas of thread, so that the thread gives way to the paintwork. The thread disappears in certain areas, like the hair, the shoulder and the arm, and in it's place acrylic and spray paint is used to subtly depict hints of those areas.
